Enviromech partnered with Gateway Construction Services to perform the mechanical and plumbing design-build construction for The Pokémon Company International’ s 110,000 square foot office in Bellevue, WA. This tenant improvement project was located throughout six floors of Kemper Development Company’s Lincoln Square South and North Buildings and included first generation design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems.
