100,000 square foot tenant build-out at Lincoln Square Expansion in Bellevue, WA
Enviromech was selected by HST Construction to perform the mechanical and plumbing design-build for Pokemon’s 100,000 square foot office in Bellevue, WA. This tenant improvement project was located on three floors of Kemper Development Company’s Lincoln Expansion and included the first-generation design and construction of mechanical and plumbing systems.
