60,000 square foot tenant build-out at Sunset North Campus in Bellevue, WA
Enviromech was selected by Turner Construction Co. to perform the mechanical build-out for ArenaNet’s 60,000 square foot office In Bellevue, WA. This tenant improvement project was located on the fourth and fifth floors of Sunset North Corporate Campus, Building 3 and was completed with an accelerated schedule of twenty weeks.
Our $1.8 million mechanical scope of work included a retrofit of the existing building HVAC system and the installation of a completely new supplemental mechanical build-out. The new supplemental system included the installation of 12 new rooftop package units, 21 new hydronic heat pump systems tied into a new closed-circuit cooling tower, 37 new VAV systems, and CRAC systems to serve ArenaNet’s 2,400 square foot data center, a UPS room and four IDF rooms.
