In addition to providing service work and preventative maintenance to some of the building’s tenants, Enviromech has successfully performed many Tenant Improvement projects in the Columbia Center. These projects require Design-Build capabilities, with most work being performed off-hours.

SPU Demaray Hall, Seattle WA.
Enviromech was chosen as the mechanical team member for Seattle Pacific University’s recent remodel of Demaray Hall. This fast-track project included a complete mechanical system retrofit, resulting in tremendous energy savings for the university.

IDC Medical Plaza, Renton WA.
Enviromech has performed many plumbing and HVAC tenant improvement projects in the new, state-of-the-art IDC Medical Plaza. This work required the latest in mechanical design-build technology.

Port Townsend City Hall, Port Townsend WA.
Enviromech was chosen as the mechanical contractor for the recent Port Townsend City Hall improvements and annex addition. This historic restoration was accomplished using the latest in green building technology. This project has earned the prestigious Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) silver certification.

Mill Creek Middle School, Kent WA.
Enviromech successfully completed the recent $2.4 million mechanical remodel of Kent School District’s Mill Creek Middle School. This project included the installation of new plumbing, HVAC and controls systems.
